Try this simple folding tutorial to convert a napkin into an elegant bread basket.
1. Begin with a square napkin.

2. Fold the napkin in half, bringing the bottom edge up to the top edge.
3. Fold the bottom left point up to the center of the top edge.
4. Fold the bottom, right point up to the center of the top edge.
5. Flip and turn the napkin upside down, bringing the long edge of the triangle at the bottom.
6. Fold the left, bottom point of the triangle up to the top point.
7. Fold the right, bottom point of the triangle up to the top point.
8. Turn and flip the folded napkin upside down.
9. The pouch is ready and you can slip inside bread or cake slices or even a small gift for the diners.
